Office Moves, Managed Like Projects
Every commercial move runs to a plan agreed before a single crate is packed. Here is how we keep your business running while we move it.
/ 01
Weekend & After-Hours Moves
Most of our office relocations happen outside business hours. We move you Friday evening to Sunday, so your team closes their laptops in the old office and opens them in the new one on Monday morning. No lost billable hours, no downtime.
/ 02
Asset Tracking & Crate Coding
Equipment, servers, files and sensitive documentation are packed into heavy-duty commercial crates, coded and sequenced to a move plan. Every crate is tracked from your old floor to its exact destination desk, so nothing goes missing between buildings.
/ 03
Fully Insured, Documented Cover
Comprehensive Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover is in place before a wheel turns, with documentation available for your legal or procurement team on request. Corporate compliance requirements are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
/ 04
Dedicated Site Supervisor
A dedicated foreman manages the move plan on-site from start to handover, liaising directly with your facilities manager throughout. One point of contact, one person accountable, on both sides of the move.
Can you move us outside of working hours?
Yes. We work around your schedule to ensure minimal disruption to your core business. That includes evenings, weekends and working in line with tight schedules.
Will you move our IT and server equipment?
Yes. We handle computers, servers, and all other IT equipment to ensure it makes it to the new location, in the same condition it left your office in. This includes safe disconnection, packing, and re connection on request.
Can you supply crates and packing materials?
Yes. We provide secure crates, moving boxes, and labelling systems so your team can pack desks and files efficiently ahead of the move.
Do you offer storage for office furniture, files, and equipment?
Yes. We have full storage services available for furniture, archives, and equipment, whether its short term or you need some time between moves.
Can you dismantle and reassemble office furniture?
Yes. Our team can dismantle desks, partitions, and storage units, then reassemble everything in your new premises.
How quickly are you available?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger offices, to secure your preferred date and allow time to plan the move properly. That being said, we look to accommodate short time frames as best we can.
