What if I still don’t have an address in Hungary?
You can store your goods at our Dublin 11 warehouse at €15 plus vat per week. After you have secured a new address in Hungary, please inform us and we shall schedule transporting/shipping your belongings to Hungary.
Are packing supplies delivered before the move?
Wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap, moving boxes, labels, etc.—all necessary packing materials are delivered by us to your door a few days to a few weeks before the move so you have plenty of time to pack your goods and make the necessary preparations.
Can I pack my own things?
As long as you pack them in quality packing cartons securely, you can certainly pack your own things. However, we prefer packing the delicate items ourselves, like TVs, musical instruments, bicycles, etc. It certainly helps you save money, but we should tell you here that the goods you pack yourself won’t be covered/insured by our International Inland Insurer.
Should I be present at my house during packing?
We understand that it may not always be possible and therefore, while it’s not mandatory, we still strongly suggest that you remain present during the packing to make sure that the correct items are being packed.
When should you pay?
