Our People
Expertise You Can Trust
At Get Cracking, our people are at the heart of the service we provide. Experienced, knowledgeable and attentive to detail, our team understands the trust placed in us with every relocation and is committed to ensuring each move is managed with care, discretion and confidence from beginning to end.
Don Langan
Founder & Director
Get Cracking was founded by Don Langan with a clear ambition: to create a removals and relocation company where professional expertise is matched by a genuinely personal approach. Drawing on his experience of living and working internationally, Don recognised the importance of having a relocation partner that could combine the capability to manage complex moves with the care and accountability of a business that remains personally invested in every customer.
From its Dublin beginnings, Don has guided the growth of Get Cracking into an established relocation partner supporting residential, commercial and international moves. While the scale and reach of the business have evolved, his approach has remained consistent: understand the individual circumstances of every move, anticipate its requirements and ensure that every detail is considered before it becomes a concern.
That philosophy continues to shape Get Cracking today. It informs the way our people work, the standards we set and the relationships we build with our customers and partners. For Don, professional relocation is ultimately about providing more than a service — it is about providing the knowledge, continuity and reassurance that come from having a trusted partner throughout the journey.
“Our reputation has been built over many years through the relationships we have developed and the confidence our customers place in us. That trust carries a responsibility — one we take seriously at every stage of every move.”
— Don Langan, Founder & Director
