Rates include

  • DTHC
  • Delivery to one residence (based on good access conditions)
  • Offload goods into residence, up to 1st floor level
  • Placing of boxes into designated rooms
  • Unpacking of furniture pieces only
  • Basic re-assembly (that does not require the work of a handyman or technician)

Rates exclude

  • Duties / Taxes / Customs Inspections / Demurrage / Detention / Other port charges not specified in “Includes”
  • Commercial Customs Clearance
  • Storage Related Costs (storage, handling in & out)
  • Delivery above 1st floor or to multiple levels (more than 2 floors at one time)/ delivery to basement levels (below ground floor)
  • Difficult access requiring shuttle services or hire of special equipment (machinery)
  • Split deliveries / Long carries / Heavy carries (pianos, safes & the like) or procedures (E.g. IKEA or modular type furniture)
  • 3rd party assistance such as tradesman (carpenters, electricians etc) for items that need any extraordinary attention
  • Weekend or holiday services at your request
  • Unpacking of boxes
  • Additional Volume
  • Parking permits or parking fees
  • Insurance
  • Please be advised that all our rates are based on a density of 230 lbs per cbm or 6,5 lbs per cuft
